Abstract: Currently, many colleges or organizations are still relying on standalone registration system to collect and manage registration information of examinee for National Computer Rank Examination. This method has its disadvantages as follows: firstly, for people who work for registration, the workload is heavy and working efficiency is low; secondly, it is inconvenient for examinee. Registration on the Web is one of efficient ways to solve this problem. Hereby this paper analyzes the processes of NCRE registration and designes an aided register system based on Web for NCRE offline registration system. The result proves, it is one of the effective way to supplement standalone registration system. It lightens the workload and improves working efficiency. Also, it is convenient for examinee to register.
